9 Day Masai Mara and Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari
Day 1: Arrival Jomo Kenyatta International Airport – Transfer to your hotel – 5th June 2026 Our driver will pick you up from the airport and he will drive you to your hotel in Nairobi for overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve – 6th June 2026
After a hearty breakfast, your driver-guide reports to your hotel for the start of the safari. Depart for a picturesque drive, descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Masai Mara, Kenya’s famous game reserve. Stop briefly en route at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to enjoy the stunning views of the enormous valley system said to be visible from outer space. You’ll arrive in Masai Mara in time for lunch.
After lunch, we will have an afternoon game drive which will allow us to spot the magnificent wildlife in the park. The reserve is known for providing excellent predator sightings thanks to its
relatively large population of lions, cheetahs and leopards. Bordering Tanzania, the Mara is in the Northern extension of Serengeti and forms a wildlife corridor between the two countries. You’ll return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve – 7th June 2026
Enjoy an early morning and evening game drive to absorb the enormity of the Masai Mara National Reserve. In this country of breathtaking vistas, you will see its vast assemblages of plains game together with their associated predators. Be ready to look for buffalo, black rhino, hippopotamus, leopard, cheetah, lion, common zebra, Coke’s hartebeest, white-bearded gnu, oribi, warthog, and Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelle. You will have an optional visit to the Maasai Cultural Village. This one-hour visit is a chance to interact with the Maasai, get a glimpse into their culture and unique way of life, and see firsthand some of their customs and practices. All meals and your overnight stay are at the camp.

Day 4: Masai Mara – Nairobi – Fly to Entebbe – 8th June 2026
After breakfast, check out and depart by road for Nairobi with a packed picnic lunch box. Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international to Entebbe. Meal plan: Breakfast & Lunch

Day 5: Travel to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – 9th June 2026 After an early breakfast, our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel at 6:00 am, he will also brief you about your safari to Murchison falls and you will start your 6 hours tour
to Murchison Falls National Park. You will go through the Luwero, and later have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking; here you will find both black and white rhinos. After tracking have another stop in Masindi where you will have lunch, after lunch proceed to the park, for the afternoon boat cruise. On the boat you will be able to see various Nile crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, elephants along the banks of the Nile as well as different beautiful birds some singing in the trees such as the bee eaters, the colored kingfishers, the shoe billed stork and many others. The boat ride will take you to the base/bottom of the Murchison Falls, when you reach here you will be able to see clearly the mighty waterfalls. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 6: Morning game drive – Visit the Top of the Falls Transfer to Kibale – 10th June 2026 On this day wake up early and have breakfast at 6:30 am, after your driver and the ranger guide will pick you up from the lodge to start your Game drive at 7:00 am. During the drive you will be in position to see very many animals such as lions, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, antelopes, water bucks and birds among others.
You will later drive towards the Top of the falls, here along the way you will see various animals such as warthogs, baboons among others.
Being at the top of the falls is an amazing experience as you will watch the magnificent falls squeezing through the rocks in an 8m gorge. Take as many photos as you can. Later drive to drive to Kibale National Park.

Day 7: Chimp tracking in Kibale Forest – Transfer to Bwindi National Park – 11th June 2026 Have breakfast and head to the rangers’ point where you will receive some briefing on the dos
and don’ts during chimp trekking. Thereafter, you will proceed to trek the chimps in the Kibale Forest. An experienced ranger guide will take you chimp tracking and you will be marveled by the sights of primates here. Once you locate the chimpanzees, you will have a full hour with them.
Later, you will drive to Bwindi National Park.

Day 8: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi National Park – 12th June 2026
After an early breakfast depart to the starting point for briefing about your gorilla trekking adventure after which you will be led by experienced gorilla trackers on the slopes of the volcanoes. You will start from the site where the gorillas were encountered the day before and from here the gorilla tracking begins. Although the hike can be physically demanding, the anticipation of the exciting experience ahead is amazing, and the beauty of the gorilla forest and its inhabitants are fascinating. It is a humbling experience to stand just meters from man’s distant cousins as they eat rest, play and bond with their young ones. Follow the mountain gorillas in the impenetrable forest, and discover their natural habitual and the many species they share it with. You are allowed an hour with the gorillas before sloping down back to your lodge.

Day 9: Drive to Entebbe International Airport – 13th June 2026
Wake up early at 4 am and drive to Entebbe International Airport to catch your late afternoon flight.
