Terms of Service

Terms of Service & Guest Conduct Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your upcoming journey. To guarantee a safe, punctual, and highly enjoyable experience for all travelers, we maintain strict operational and economic guidelines. By booking a tour, submitting a payment, or engaging with our services, you explicitly agree to adhere to the following policies.

1. Behavioral Standards & Operational Integrity

We take pride in providing seamless, high-quality travel experiences. To safeguard our travelers, staff, and local vendor partners, we reserve the absolute right to refuse service, deny boarding, or terminate a reservation without a refund for any customer whose actions threaten the execution of our itineraries. This applies to individuals who:

  • Disrupt Tours or Operations: Engaging in behavior that interferes with a guide’s ability to safely lead the group, execute the itinerary, or maintain operational order.
  • Cause Delays or Disrupt Schedules: Our tour structures rely heavily on tight timelines (including train departures, boat cruises, and border crossings). Unreasonable tardiness or failure to follow designated timelines impacts the entire group and will not be tolerated.
  • Display Offensive Behavior: Acting in a manner that is abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or harassing toward our employees, local service providers, or fellow travelers.

Please Note: If a customer is dismissed from a tour mid-itinerary due to a violation of these standards, our operational liability ends immediately. All subsequent transit, lodging, and logistical expenses required to return home will be the sole responsibility of the dismissed customer.

2. Payment Integrity, Cleared Funds, and Chargebacks

To ensure transactional safety and protect our business infrastructure against fraud, we maintain zero-tolerance financial policies. We reserve the right to decline bookings, cancel active reservations, or refuse future service under the following conditions:

  • Uncleared Payments: If a payment is flagged as high-risk, fails to clear our processing gateway, or remains outstanding prior to the tour’s departure date, the booking will be immediately suspended.
  • Active or Historic Chargebacks: We do not provide services to individuals who have initiated a credit card chargeback or dispute against our company. If a chargeback is opened on an active booking, that booking will be immediately canceled without recourse.
  • Previous Payment Reversals: We reserve the right to screen client accounts and refuse future booking requests from any individual whose historical payments have incurred chargebacks, administrative reversals, or unresolved payment disputes.

We are fully committed to resolving legitimate customer service issues directly. If you experience an issue with a booking or feel you are owed an adjustment, we kindly ask that you contact our support team directly to find a solution before escalating to your financial institution.

3. Policy Execution

These rules are enforced uniformly, consistently, and without discrimination to ensure the safety, financial security, and collective peace of mind of our tours. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to comply with changing legal frameworks or third-party supplier demands.

4. Membership Structure & Private Club Status

Travel Clubs International operates as a private club network. We organize group travel experiences, itineraries, and expeditions exclusively for our member clubs and their designated affiliates.

Because our journeys are structured around private group dynamics, community standards, and curated spaces, we do not operate as a public accommodation open to the general public[cite. Accordingly:

  • Right of Selection: Travel Clubs International and each individual member club reserve the absolute right to select guests, approve membership applications, and establish entry criteria for any tour or event.
  • Right to Deny Service: We reserve the right to deny service, reject trip registrations, or restrict event attendance to any individual who does not meet our membership standards, alignment goals, or community guidelines.
